A One year Replacement Warranty starting on the date of birth of the puppy is given for life threatening congenital disease limited to the heart, liver and kidneys ONLY. Buyers have the right within 72 business hours after receiving the puppy to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. This contract/Guarantee is void and puppy will be sold "as is" if the new owners do not have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the 72 business hours. A vet report must be sent to the seller postmarked 72 hours after purchase in order to activate the health warranty. Any life-threatening disorder found must be verified, in writing, and notarized, by the veterinarian and mailed to me within five days of the vet check along with a full autopsy to determine the cause of death of the puppy. Seller's veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter only if this disorder results in the loss of the puppy. This could be a lenghty process, As we will not over breed our girls for any reason. Warranty will be terminated if the puppy does not have up to date medical records, vaccinations, fecal records, or the puppy was found to be neglected or abused or if the dog has produced offspring if sold as a pet. This contract does not cover hernias, patella problems, pinched nostrils, hypoglycemia, parvo, coccidia, worms or any condition (other than heart, liver or kidney) that can be corrected by Veterinarian treatment. The seller assumes no cost for shipping associated with the replacement warranty. No further health guarantee is made or implied. If the buyer believes this puppy to be sick, the puppy should be taken immediately to a veterinarian at the buyers expense. No refunds are given for any reason. Please make sure this is the right puppy for you before you exchange any money.
It will be up to new owners to finish the series of puppy shots to fully protect against diseases. Your new puppy should not be socialized until he/she is done with puppy shots. Seller is NOT responsible for ANY vet bills incurred by the buyer. Seller cannot guarantee adult size or color of pups. Pups must be given follow up shots in order to have full immunity and be wormed regularly. Seller is not responsible for ailments or illness due to obesity, second hand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration or lack of proper vet care or vaccinations, landlord's disapproval, people allergies or disagreement among household member regarding puppy/dog. Seller is not responsible for reactions to vaccines. If purchased as a pet, Buyer agrees to spay/neuter at 6 months of age and agrees not to use this puppy for breeding or stud. Buyer will be required to send copy of the spay/neuter report from Vet to the seller in order to release registration papers. If purchased with Full Breeding rights, Seller can not guarantee reproductive ability or testicle descending on puppies.
This puppy is not to be sold to a pet store, animal broker, leased, taken to an animal shelter or any other facility. Puppy is not to be kept continually in a kennel. If at any time you can no longer care for the puppy or adult dog it is to be returned to Seller. There will be no refund.
Any disputes will be litigated in Talladega County of Alabama, all at the buyer's expense including all court and lawyer costs.
I have read this contract and agree to the conditions of it. At the time of sale, this puppy has no appearance of illness.
